Certified Nursing Assistants are an important member of the allied health professional team. They provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing and supporting patients in a dignified manner and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Since 2019, the Clinical Partner Training Program at Baptist Health South Florida has prepared participants to challenge the Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam. Participants attend a 6-week program which includes didactic lecture and hands on skills training. Baptist Health is an approved Prometrics testing site and offers onsite exam testing on the campus of Baptist Hospital of Miami.

The Program includes weekly lectures and skills training typically taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the campus of Baptist Hospital. There is also a CPR course incorporated into the program which is scheduled after your start date. Trainees who successfully complete this exam preparation program are well positioned to successfully pass the Florida CNA exam and pursue a career as a Clinical Partner at Baptist Health.
